As an IT Specialist with the DCTC Student Support Desk, my job is to relay information in a way that students of all backgrounds and knowledge levels can receive and retain. In many instances, it is important to have something physical that the student can take with them or look to when they have questions.

Using DCTC’s and Inver Hills Community College’s (IHCC) combined branding, I designed instructional documents for both physical and digital spaces. The larger is a poster that details how to use a remote printing service around campus. This design also includes a slide for the campus TVs. The quarter sheet includes steps required to set up multi-factor authentication on a personal device. These designs fit into the current brand guidelines for both campuses and can be easily edited once the schools merge in 2027 if they are still applicable.
